From Rincon Mountain to the Santa Barbara Harbour, this original Jack Warner home has unparalleled views of the coastline. Unfortunately, the existing layout did not take advantage of the amazing views. Working with the owners, our firm designed a new motor court, garage, pool, and pool house, along with re-configuring the 7,000 sq. ft. floor plan so that all of the primary living spaces would have ocean views. All of the exterior and interior finishes are slated to be upgraded to reflect the refined taste of the new owners.

This project is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2022.
