This new 4,600 square foot residence sits under majestic oak canopies.  A flag lot, bordered by a creek and open space, this house was creatively designed to conform to FEMA's Base Flood Elevation requirements without sacrificing the scale of a board and batten country home.  The interior palette was guided by Noorani Greiner Interiors.
