Built-in the 1960s, this Montecito home was unfortunately severely damaged in the 2018 debris flow. Our firm navigated the complicated FEMA and local approval process and was able to rebuild the home while making selective improvements. One of the primary goals was to re-think the dated layout to encourage a connection to the 1-acre site. We also focused on upgrading the interior finish and look of the house to match the sophisticated, yet humble occupant.
